The drafting and formation of Contracts of Employment

Our employment law services includes the drafting of contracts of employment. We can ensure our client’s business have specific contracts of employment which are tailored for both the employer’s type of work and that it accurately relates to the specific type of employee i.e. full-time, part-time, fixed-term worker etc.

We also provide advice in ensuring our client’s are fully aware are in compliant with their statutory obligations, including the Terms of Employment (Information) Acts 1994-2001.
